Our Booking Terms:
A booking deposit of £100 ($180) per rental week will be required at the time of booking. The balance will be due 10 weeks prior to arrival. A £200 ($360) refundable security deposit will also be due to be paid with the balance 10 weeks prior to arrival. The security deposit will be refunded once the management company have checked the home and confirmed that no damage has been done.

US dollar rates may vary with exchange rate fluctuations, please contact us to confirm the current dollar prices. Once booked the dollar price will be guaranteed.
